Hello, my name is Carolyne Draughn. I am the owner of

Creative Charcuterie Co. We are a licensed and insured custom grazing table and charcuterie board company.

Whether you're having a corporate event,

wedding or milestone party we will customize your food display so it is the center of attention for your guests.

We are passionate about food and believe there is an art to

not only the presentation but how great food brings people joy and makes their event even more special.

Charcuterie

Assortment of cured meats, specialty cheese and crackers, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, olives, jam and honey.

Crudite

Platter

Raw vegetables either sliced or whole arranged neatly around sauces and dips. Platters are decorated with edible leaves or flowers.

Antipasto/Fruit

Skewers

Single serving skewers with marinated cheese and olives, cured meats and vegetables or an assortment of fresh fruit.

Serves 1-2

These boxes can be themed for holidays or great for adult lunches, date night boxes, hostess or boss gifts.

These themed letter or number trays for events are typically filled with your classic charcuterie accoutrements.

Individual serving size cups filled with crackers, cheese, cured meats, fruit, olives, pickles, nuts and chocolate.

"Brown Paper" Package

Food displayed flat on brown butcher paper with minimal greenery decor. If a food item needs to be in a bowl, then it would be placed in a disposable container. This package includes delivery and set up, plates and utensils for guests along with serving utensils.

(Customer is in charge of take down and clean up)

Food is displayed using boards trays and stands. This package includes themed decorations, delivery and set up, plates and utensils for guests along with serving utensils, refilling during the event, take down and clean up.

Office Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm

Grazing table events must end at 11pm

CLOSED ON SUNDAY

We serve the triad and surrounding areas.

For delivery questions, please call during office hours.

Boards and specialty items need to be ordered 1 week prior to event

and are available for delivery (with a delivery charge).

(Payment required upon confirmation after receiving an estimate)

Grazing tables for less than 50 guests must be scheduled 4 weeks in advance. Grazing tables for greater than 50 guests must be scheduled 8 weeks in advance. A 50% deposit is required to book any size event.

(Final payment due 1 week prior to the event date)

Tables can be provided for an additional fee if you are unable to provide your own.

(Countertops and Islands are also great options for home events)

We are fully insured, licensed and prepare your food

in a start of the art culinary facility with a 100 food score rating.

CAncellation policy

Should you need to cancel a board or specialty item 48 hours PRIOR to the event date, a full refund will be given. Should you need to cancel a board or specialty item 24 hours PRIOR to the event date, a 50% refund will be given.

NO REFUND GIVEN FOR CANCELLING LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

Should you need to cancel a grazing table for an event greater than 7 days,

50% OF YOUR DEPOSIT will be refunded. Deposit will not be refunded should you need to cancel a grazing table less than 7 days prior to the event.
